Further Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally contained in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a legend identifying various areas of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further images released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
